Flower Pounding Workshop

Doing + Being + Becoming + Belonging

Saturday 16th August 10.30-12.30 pm

Langdon Garden Near Faversham

MOTH TLC invites you to the most idyllic garden and tranquil converted granary, to press pause, cultivate connection, creativity and eat cake!

Tracey Allport, women’s health practitioner, will guide you through this mindful activity, which builds a relationship with nature, whilst letting off some steam with a hammer, creating a sense of purpose whist having some fun.

Gift yourself this time to discover creativity, connection, coffee and cake!

An opportunity to inject some fun and freedom into your day….because who doesn’t like to use a hammer (in a mindful way) to release tension, make something special and even create amazing sounds together.

Tracey Allport is an award-winning Women’s Health Occupational Therapist, Complementary Therapist and Therapeutic Coach, based in Whitstable.

She brings a wealth of over 3 decades of experience and passion for health, well-being and wellness, as well as a sprinkle of northern humour and a heap of caring empathy!
